Kura was built to explore what a modern financial operating system could look like — bringing banking, payments, investments, and digital assets into one self-custodial experience.

It began as a thesis inside Prism Capital, not as a pitch we received. We researched the market, built a prototype, put it in front of users, and formed the company when the evidence was strong enough to stand behind.

The product is now live and open sourced. The work continues.
